Delivery is £3.95 regardless of the size of the order.
We currently deliver to UK mainland only. The cut of time for orders is Midnight on Sunday and your order will be delivered before Thursday that week. Please note that in the run up to Christmas there may be an extra few days delay.
If you require a more urgent delivery then please contact us and we will endeavour to do our best.
Orders are delivered by Fedex and on occasion Royal Mail. Their delivery times are between 8am and 6pm, if you are not in they will leave a card for redelivery or collection. If you have any special requirements or would like to leave instructions for your parcel to be left in a secure location then please indicate this the the delivery instructions box when ordering. Also know that this is at your own risk and we will not take resonsability for any lost/stolen parcels in this instance.
You have the right to cancel any order before 1am on Monday for any orders placed in the previous 7 days. Please let us know via e-mail and include your order number and payment method.
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund for the items, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unused, uneaten and intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns where it is apparent that the product has been used, or partially eaten.These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
UK returns must be received by us within 14 days of you originally receiving your order. Four days should be allowed for postage, so please ensure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt.
We recommend you return the goods to us using a service that requires a signature on receipt so you are covered in case it is lost in transit. Please allow up to ten working days for returned goods to reach us.
Return of faulty goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.
If you request a refund, please note that this can only be issued to the card which was used to pay for the goods. We are unable to offer credit notes as our website cannot cope with that functionality at this time.
