Our Just Jane Smoke is a delicious 200g truckle of creamy cheddar, which is traditionally smoked over oak in our traditional smoke house, a very popular cheese with all our customers.
Dedicated to raising awareness and funds for the Lancaster Bomber ‘Jane’ in East Kirkby, Lincolnshire. A perfect gift for any aviation fanatics, and is a close charity to our company as this is only down the road from our farm. We love supporting family run missions, and the brothers Fred and Harold set this up in memory of their brother Christopher who crashed over Germany in a Halifax Bomber. Proceedings from the Just Jane range goes towards the restoration of ‘Jane’ the Lancaster Bomber.
