Alongside it are two truckles: Finest Vintage, matured for three years and dotted with crunchy calcium crystals and a gentle sweetness, and Garlic & Chive, a bold cheddar with punchy garlic and fragrant chives throughout. To complete the board, we’ve included Percival’s Sea Salted Crackers and Percival’s Fire Chutney, plus Bourgogne Chardonnay — crisp and approachable, with fresh apple character, subtle oak influence, and a clean finish.
