We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Dispatch Times:
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday). We ship year-round on weekdays and may also dispatch on Saturdays and Sundays during busy periods.

Courier Service & Delivery Times:
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24. Deliveries typically take place between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Please allow 2–3 days for delivery after dispatch.

You have the right to cancel any order anytime before it has been fulfilled. Please let us know via e-mail and include your order number and payment method.

Returns

Returns Policy:

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order at any time before your parcel is shipped. You may also cancel your purchase within 48 hours of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing via email and return the products to us immediately at your own expense, in the same condition in which you received them. Please note: Cheese cannot be returned as it is considered non-sellable once it leaves our warehouse.

If your cancellation request meets these conditions and the products are returned properly, you will receive a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you fail to return the products, we may arrange to recover the items and charge you for the associated costs. Equally, if products are returned at our expense, we may charge you for those costs as well.

Consumers’ Statutory Rights:
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under consumer law.

Returns period
UK returns must be received by us within 14 days of you originally receiving your order. Four days should be allowed for postage, so please ensure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt.

We recommend you return the goods to us using a service that requires a signature on receipt so you are covered in case it is lost in transit.  Please allow up to ten working days for returned goods to reach us.

Return of faulty goods
If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.

If you request a refund, please note that this can only be issued to the card which was used to pay for the goods. We are unable to offer credit notes as our website cannot cope with that functionality at this time.
